The machine can mount a total number of 176 bobbins for the braiding yarns for x-y, axis and additionally 88 stationary bobbins for the z-axis yarns on the outer side of the machine. The mandrels of cylindrical profile with diameters from 40 mm to 600 mm, can be braided with an industrial robot with different advance speeds to obtain a required braiding angle. Robot can hold mandrel of max. 150kg. Yarns can be Carbon, Glass, PP etc.
Application : Carbon/ glass fiber braided composites are widely applied in various industrial fields as structural components due to their light weight, high strength etc in sectors like Automobile, Space, Railway, etc.
