Membership Types & Application

ATIRA offers three Associate Membership categories covering domestic MSMEs, large domestic establishments, and overseas establishments. Visitors should be able to compare the categories and proceed directly to the appropriate application.

Note: Admission to the Associate Membership of ATIRA is at the sole discretion of the Council of Administration of ATIRA and is subject to payment of the enrolment fee and annual subscription as determined from time to time.

01 · Associate Standard Membership

For MSMEs and organisations with turnover below ₹500 crore

Terms & Conditions

An Associate Member shall, upon being admitted, be enrolled as an "Associate Standard Member" in ATIRA.

  1. Membership Tenure & Validity
    • Membership shall be valid till the end of the ongoing Financial Year (April–March).
    • Renewal is subject to payment of the annual subscription fees and the discretion of the Council of Administration of ATIRA.
  2. No Voting Rights
    • An Associate Membership does not grant any vote to the member in the General Meeting and/or any other meeting of ATIRA.
  3. Renewal Continuity Policy
    • Members must renew within 30 days of the end of the Financial Year.
    • Failure to renew may result in:
      • Suspension of benefits
      • Re-registration as a new member
  4. Fee Structure & Payment Terms
    • All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    • Taxes (if applicable) shall be borne by the member.
  5. Discounts and Benefits
    • Cannot be combined with other schemes.
    • Are subject to annual caps.
    • Are non-transferable.
    • Can be revised by ATIRA from time to time.
  6. Pro-Rata Fees & Benefits
    • Members enrolling within the first six months of the respective ongoing Financial Year shall pay full fees and be entitled to full benefits as set forth herein during the membership period.
    • Members enrolling on or after 1st October of the respective ongoing Financial Year shall pay 50% of the applicable fees and be entitled to the benefits as set forth herein, on a pro-rata basis, including proportionate caps and limits.
    • ATIRA reserves the right to determine the proportional allocation of benefits and applicable caps in line with internal policies, ensuring equitable utilisation and administrative feasibility.

For large establishments with turnover above ₹500 crore

Application Process

  1. Select the appropriate membership category.
  2. Complete the online membership application form.
  3. Upload the required documents.
  4. Submit the application for review.
  5. Admission is subject to approval by the Council of Administration of ATIRA.
  6. After approval and payment, the Membership ID and onboarding details will be issued.

  • Authorisation Letter / Board Resolution for the nominated representative
  • Latest Turnover Proof (Audited Financial Statement / CA Certificate, wherever applicable)

Important Note Before Applying

Admission as an Associate Member is not automatic and shall be subject to review and approval by the Council of Administration of ATIRA. Please read the following carefully before proceeding to the application form:

  1. Submission of the application does not guarantee admission as an Associate Member of ATIRA.
  2. Payment of membership fees at the time of application shall be treated as a provisional payment against the application.
  3. Associate Membership shall be confirmed only after approval by the Council of Administration of ATIRA.
  4. ATIRA reserves the right to approve, reject, defer, or seek additional information in respect of any application.
  5. Membership certificate, Membership ID, portal access, directory listing, discounts, facility access, and other membership benefits shall be available only after formal approval and confirmation of membership by ATIRA.
  6. In case an application is not approved, refund shall be processed as per ATIRA's applicable refund policy.
