Membership Terms & Conditions

1Membership Admission

An applicant admitted to the programme will be enrolled as an Associate Member of ATIRA. Admission is subject to approval by the Council of Administration.

2Tenure & Validity

Membership is valid until the end of the ongoing financial year (April–March). Renewal is subject to payment of the annual subscription and ATIRA approval.

3Voting Rights

Associate Membership, Standard or Premium, does not grant voting rights in the General Meeting or any other meeting of ATIRA.

4Renewal Continuity

Members should renew within 30 days of the end of the financial year. Failure to renew may result in suspension of benefits and/or re-registration as a new member.

5Fees & Payment

All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Applicable taxes shall be borne by the member.

6Discounts & Benefits

Benefits cannot be combined with other schemes, are subject to annual caps, are non-transferable and may be revised by ATIRA.

7Pro-rata Fees & Benefits

Members enrolling within the first six months of the financial year pay full fees and receive full applicable benefits. Members enrolling on or after 1 October pay 50% of applicable fees and receive benefits on a pro-rata basis, including proportionate caps and limits.

8Use of Membership ID

Discounts apply only when the allotted Membership ID is quoted on relevant documents such as CRF, SRF or Purchase Order. Requests without a valid Membership ID will not qualify.

9Confidentiality & IPR

Technical data, reports and proprietary information shall remain confidential. IPR from joint R&D will be governed through separate mutually agreed agreements.

10Suspension, Amendments & Governance

ATIRA may revise membership structure, benefits, fees and policies. Non-compliance, misuse or non-payment may lead to suspension or termination under applicable rules.
